ADAPTIVE MODELS OF WORKFLOW ORGANIZATION AS A FACTOR IN COMPANY COMPETITIVENESS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The modern business environment is characterized by high dynamism and continuous transformation, placing new requirements on organizational processes. The rapid adoption of advanced technologies, increasing expectations for product quality and service, and intensified competition create conditions in which traditional organizational models are ineffective. Under these circumstances, a company’s adaptability is a critical factor for maintaining competitiveness and sustainability in the market. The success of modern organizations depends not on the number of working hours, but on the quality and efficiency of tasks performed. Innovative approaches such as flexible work arrangements, including remote working, shift schedules, online learning, digital collaboration tools, become a priority. These approaches contribute to employee motivation by balancing work and life, reducing commute time, and optimizing labor resources. Management technologies enable integration of digital tools for productivity monitoring and workflow analysis. These tools facilitate data-driven decision-making and optimize organizational structures. As a result, companies gain the ability to create adaptive management models, which enhance productivity and foster innovation in an uncertain environment.
