This article is devoted to the study of the process of procurement management. The author specifies the term of procurement and the expectations of consumers with regard to their quality. The algorithm of the process of procurement management in the enterprise is given. Brief description of the main methods of procurement management is considered. Key requirements to ensure the quality of our products are identified.

В жизненном цикле продукции важную роль играет процесс закупок. Качество конечного продукта деятельности предприятия определяется, в первую очередь, качеством исходных сырья, материалов, комплектующих изделий.
Закупки — это функция, отвечающая за приобретение всех материалов, необходимых организации1.
В соответствии с ГОСТ ISO 9001-2011 «Системы менеджмента качества. Требования» организация должна обеспечивать соответствие закупленной продукции установленным требованиям к закупкам2.
Управление взаимоотношениями с поставщиками должно зависеть от степени воздействия закупаемой продукции на все последующие стадии жизненного цикла или готовую продукцию.
Качество закупок — понятие достаточно емкое, которое может определяться с учетом интересов различных потребителей: как внутренних, так и внешних (табл. 1).
