PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF THE EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE

Abstract (English):
Modern organizations are actively introducing the employee life cycle concept into the field of personnel management to improve business efficiency. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the relevance and describe methodological approaches to the use of the employee life cycle concept in personnel management of an organization. The article discloses the essence of the employee life cycle concept, presents the stages of the life cycle and represents the feasibility of using the employee life cycle concept in personnel management. The author also analyzes the methods and technologies that can be applied at each stage of the employee life cycle, including the creation of an interactive platform for managing the employee life cycle using virtual reality technologies, and proposes a rationale for automation and the use of virtual technologies at each stage, considers the use of virtual technologies in personnel management, which are actively integrated into HR processes.
