APPLICATION OF PEYTON METHOD TO TEACHING MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
In the context of the growing importance of soft skills in the professional activities of managers, traditional education faces serious difficulties in the effective formation and development of these competencies. The author of this article suggests exploring the potential and effectiveness of the Peyton method, originally intended for teaching medical procedures, in relation to the transfer of both technical (hard skills) and interpersonal (soft skills) competencies in the field of personnel management and business organization. Innovative training methods contribute to the formation of key qualities of successful managers, such as leadership, the ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and motivate employees. The implementation of such approaches will allow future managers and specialists to better adapt to modern competitive conditions in the labor market and successfully cope with emerging professional challenges.
