The article substantiates the relevance of the study of gender and cultural factors of intra-group interaction students-psychologists, as well as determining the nature of the communication between stereotypes, the level of tolerance and communicative barriers in the educational groups of the university. The analysis of the results of a study of the general level of tolerance, ethnic and social tolerance, the level of emotional effectiveness in communication, such as emotional interference in interaction, pronounced stereotypical ideas about gender and cultural differences among students of psychologists (based on Penza State University) is presented. Based on the results of the study, methodological support of group educational activities of students-psychologists was proposed, examples of educational tasks were proposed. The organizational components of group educational activities are described, taking into account gender and cultural aspects: participants in group activities; the goals of group activities; consistent liability and powers; uniform norms of the group; the manifestation and self-affirmation of individuality in group activities.
