The article discusses the relevance of organizing professional adaptation of young teachers 
in a general education organization is an important process from the scientific and practical side. 
In the modern and actively developing field of education, interest is growing not only in the issues 
of theoretical and practical development of the work of educational institutions, but also 
in the professional and qualitative characteristics of teachers.
