Abstract:
Education has traditionally been a cornerstone for building resilient state infrastructure, regardless of a country’s developmental stage. This article explores strategies for improving educational systems in the context of armed conflicts and in developing nations. It emphasizes the role of effective management decisions in ensuring the accessibility, quality, and sustainability of education during crises. Drawing on international case studies from various developing countries, the authors analyze successful approaches to organizing educational processes, adapting curricula, and mobilizing resources in complex socio-political environments. Special attention is given to the role of governing bodies in mitigating the impact of conflicts on education, as well as the importance of international cooperation and the exchange of best practices. The findings demonstrate that strategic management, combined with the integration of global expertise, can not only preserve but also transform educational systems, enhancing their resilience in unstable conditions. The article concludes with practical recommendations for policymakers and administrators to optimize educational processes in crisis-affected regions.
