The article is aimed at studying the role of digital services and educational communities in the educational activities of the university. The article considers the definitions of digital culture, digital literacy, digital etiquette and highlights its basic principles. The importance of these definitions in educational work and their significant impact on the formation of a positive attitude of students to digital transformation is emphasized. The analysis of digital resources for the organization of educational work at the university is carried out. Examples of using the capabilities of digital tools, educational communities and digital platforms in the professional activity of a teacher are presented.
