The article examines the features of building an internal communication system in modern organizations. The main types, channels, and tools of internal corporate communications are analyzed. Special attention is paid to vertical, horizontal, and diagonal communications, as well as formal and informal communication within the organization. The stages of internal communications development depending on the organization’s growth stage are considered. Modern tools for developing internal communications are described, including brand media, corporate publications, events, and project management systems. The role of digital technologies and specialized software solutions in optimizing communication processes is investigated. The advantages and limitations of various communication channels, including ERP systems, intranet portals, and corporate messengers, are analyzed. The main mistakes in building an internal communications system are identified, and methods for evaluating their effectiveness are proposed. Practical recommendations for effective corporate communications management are presented, aimed at increasing the transparency of information flows, strengthening corporate culture, and improving employee engagement. Special attention is paid to the role of the communication system in human capital development and achieving strategic organizational goals. Modern approaches to organizing remote work and hybrid interaction formats are examined, along with their impact on the transformation of internal corporate communications. Methods for measuring the effectiveness of communication processes and their influence on key organizational performance indicators are analyzed.
