THE POSSIBILITIES OF INTRODUCING AI TECHNOLOGIES INTO THE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM OF COMPANIES: RISKS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract (English):
The use of artificial intelligence opens up new opportunities in the field of HR management. The article examines in detail various aspects of the introduction of digital technologies for working with staff. Special attention is paid to innovative methods of employee assessment and selection, as well as automated personnel training systems. The authors describe in detail the positive effects of integrating AI solutions into human resource management processes, including the adaptation of new employees and monitoring the professional development of existing staff. The study demonstrates how modern digital tools con-tribute to improving the effectiveness of recruiting and the comprehensive development of an organization's human resources potential. Based on a theoretical analysis of the introduction of digital technologies in domestic IT organizations and a study of international experience, key parameters of the impact of automation on the personnel sector have been identified. The results show the dual nature of the impact of artificial intelligence systems on the workforce - along with positive effects, negative consequences are also observed. Before integrating such technologies, companies are advised to carefully assess the potential social risks and benefits for staff. Special attention is paid to the social criteria for the application of digital solutions in the context of the stable development of human capital in organizations.
