The relevance of the presented study is that the high level of market saturation inherent in the post-industrial economy is accompanied by a transition from mass and large-scale production (which was typical for the industrial era) to medium-scale, small-scale and single (unique) production. Obviously, this process is relatively slow and comparatively uneven, if we consider various business areas. In these conditions, there is an objective need to find ways to build management systems for organizations as business structures adequately to changes in market realities along the path of customization, which predetermined the relevance of the research topic. The purpose of the presented study is to develop an algorithm for optimizing the organization's management system in the context of market changes with an emphasis on the customization vector. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the definition of the main stages of the formation of an algorithm for optimizing the organization's management system in the context of market customization. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed algorithm to optimize the organization's management system in the context of market customization
