Хронические миелопролиферативные заболевания являются актуальной проблемой современной гематологии. Несмотря на то, что это относительно редкие патологии системы крови, пациенты с миелопролиферативными заболеваниями регулярно встречаются в практике гематолога. Возросший за последнее время интерес к этой группе заболеваний обусловлен увеличением частоты их диагностики у пациентов разного возраста. Представлено клиническое наблюдения пациента среднего возраста, трудности диагностики и подбора терапии
