Одни из наиболее важных концепций современности — проектное управление и устойчивое развитие — приобрели большую популярность у научного сообщества за последние годы. Необходимость интеграции устойчивого развития в управление проектами возрастает с каждым годом, вызывая изменения требований к компетенциям руководителей проектов. Несмотря на растущий научный интерес к данной теме, на сегодняшний день существует малое количество исследовательских работ, в которых рассматривается влияние концепции устойчивости на компетенции менеджера проектов. Таким образом, целью данного исследования является определение наиболее важных знаний, умений и навыков, и личных качеств, необходимых руководителям проектов для успешного устойчивого управления проектами. Исследование основано на анализе источников научной литературы, международных и национальных стандартов в области управления проектами. Результаты показали, что за последние 5 лет профессия руководителя проектов претерпела значительные изменения, и для достижения устойчивости менеджерам проектов необходимо развивать новые профессиональные компетенции, основанные на знаниях, умениях и навыках, а также личных качествах.
