МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ ВАРИАНТОВ РАЗВИТИЯ ПОЖАРА НА ОБЪЕКТЕ МАССОВОГО ПРЕБЫВАНИЯ ЛЮДЕЙ

Аннотация (русский):
Рассматривается оперативно – тактическая характеристика объекта массового пребывания людей МУ Киноконцертного зала «Октябрь» г. Липецк. Приведены схема расположения объекта защиты, существующее внешнее и внутреннее противопожарное водоснабжение. Выполнен расчет сил и средств по тушению пожара в зрительном зале на первом этаже объекта, а так же в помещении аппаратной на втором этаже. Отмечено, что на основе практики ликвидации пожаров, максимально эффективными огнетушащими веществами в закрытых помещениях являются вода и пена. Схема возможного развития пожара приведена на рисунке. Выполнен расчет требуемого количества стволов, автомобилей и численность личного состава для тушения и защиты помещений рассматриваемого объекта. Приведена схема развертывания подразделений пожарной охраны на местности по тушению пожара в зрительном зале данного объекта. Рассматривается организация связи при тушении пожаров. На основе выполненных расчетов сделан вывод о том, что сил и средств для тушения данных пожаров по первому или второму вариантам развития возможного пожара достаточно, привлечение дополнительных сил и средств по второму рангу пожара не является необходимым.
