ОБЗОР РАДИАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ КОРОНАВИРУСНОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ COVID-19

Аннотация (русский):
В связи с длительным отсутствием эффективных фармакологических концепций ситуация с распространением новой коронавирусной инфекции 2019 года (COVID-19) вызвала интерес к рассмотрению возможного применения радиационных технологий, в том числе исторических сообщений о лечении больных пневмонией с использованием низкодозовой лучевой терапии. Проведен краткий обзор статей о клинических испытаниях радиационных технологий в борьбе с COVID-19. Авторы большинства анализируемых статей, так же как и авторы данного обзора, приходят к выводу, что имеющиеся научные данные не оправдывают клинических испытаний низкодозовой лучевой терапии для лечения пневмонии COVID-19 в связи с неясной пользой и рисками смертности от радиационно-индуцированных заболеваний, в том числе радиогенного рака и болезней системы кровообращения.
