СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О РОЛИ ЭСТРОГЕНОВ ВО ВРЕМЯ БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация (русский):
Цель статьи – проанализировать значение эстрогенов в период беременности. Кратко изложен механизм эффектов гормонов. Рассмотрено влияние эстрогенов на маточно-плацентарный кровоток, их необходимость для запуска программы морфогенеза тканей в плаценте и матке, влияние на выработку других стероидных и белковых гормонов, стимулирующее действие на работу 11β-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназы, регуляция экспрессии липопротеидов низкой плотности. Показаны факторы роста, служащие медиаторами эстрогенов. Представлен вывод, что в начале беременности эстрогены способствуют морфологическому и функциональному росту, развитию и дифференцировке плаценты, во второй половине беременности эстрогены стимулировали функциональное созревание. Кроме этого, гормоны играют важную роль в развитии легких, почек, печени, фолликулов яичника, костной ткани плода и способствуют формированию различных изменений в организме матери, необходимых для подержания беременности.
