Abstract (English):
The textbook is devoted to analytical methods of managing the company's business processes, focused on the global concept of sustainable development, the stakeholder approach to the formation and evaluation of the business model, as well as the paradigm of industry analysis. The theory and information environment of business analysis are considered; methods of strategic analysis and risk management; examples of applied management tools to substantiate the company's development strategy in various sectors of the economy: IT sector, oil and gas industry, construction complex, transport and logistics sector, retail. At the end of each chapter there are control questions, tests, situational tasks. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation and the professional standard "Business Analyst". For students enrolled in master's programs in the areas of training 38.04.01 "Economics", 38.04.02 "Management", 38.04.08 "Finance and Credit", as well as for additional professional education.
