Abstract (English):
The manual contains problematic issues of the course of civil law. Particular attention is paid to property and liability law, as well as liability in civil law. Various approaches to understanding and solving civil law problems are shown, the points of view available in civil law science are presented. The structure of the manual is designed in such a way as to facilitate the effective assimilation of the material presented. For better assimilation of the content, each Chapter ends with control questions and tasks for self-examination, as well as a list of literature recommended for self-reading. It meets the requirements of the Federal state educational standards of higher education of the last generation and the competence approach implemented in it.
