Abstract (English):
The textbook deals with the basic concepts of institutional Economics (institutions, transaction costs, forms of ownership, contracts, etc.). The interrelation of economic institutions at the micro and macroeconomic level of analysis (typology of the state, its functions, models of transformation of economic systems) is shown. Theoretical sections are supported by teaching materials containing control questions and tests, sample solutions to typical problems. For students enrolled in the enlarged group of directions and specialties of training 38.00.00 "Economics and management", as well as for students of technological specialties in terms of their training in the disciplines of economic-organizational and management cycles.
