In the tutorial, the theoretical-methodological and practical issues of project management are reviewed.Articulated The understanding of the project activities place in the organization, current status of project management, classification of projects, processes and methods of managing terms, cost, risks of projects, evaluation of projects investment attractiveness, projects and programmes portfolio management in organization. It complies with the latest generation requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. For students enrolled in undergraduate courses "Economics” and “Management", "Innovation", "State and municipal management", "Housing and municipal infrastructure”, as well as engineering, technological and other fields and professions, involving the study of Economics and organizational and management cycles disciplines.
