In the textbook fundamentals of building a comprehensive system of personnel security of the company. The concept of personnel security is based on the need for research personnel risks and vulnerabilities, sources and media security threats, risk and socio-psychological problems and abnormalities of the employees. Explore ways and methods of ensuring security in the work with personnel, forms, methods and peculiarities of control, regulations of the internal investigation. A separate Chapter is devoted to the violation of workers ' rights and ways to prevent discrimination and violence in the workplace. Are studied, targeted, covert and information-psychological impact on the personnel in the organization. A model of the formation of personnel loyalty and discusses ways of raising commitment of employees to the company culture and its values. The textbook meets the requirements of Federal state educational standard of higher education of the last generation. Designed for students and undergraduates studying relevant courses, as well as for managers and executives, interested and professionally involved in the issues of personnel security in the company.
