Abstract (English):
In the monograph the concept of administrative culture in the system of internal affairs bodies is proposed. The methodology of empirical study of administrative culture is developed, the results of its approbation are presented. Calculated Aggregated indicator (index) of management culture. The functions of administrative culture, factors of its development are listed and characterized. In particular, attention is paid to the generation of managerial culture. The state of administrative culture in the system of internal affairs bodies is described. Variants of its improvement are offered.
