In the book the mechanisms of participation for companies and organizations in public procurements as in Russia, and abroad have been considered in details, practice and specificity of participation of the companies in the public procurements, electronic auctions have been analysed. Practical recommendations about effective using of procedures when carrying out public procurements on transborder figure of which in implementing interaction of the pattern between russian and foreign companies. In work key platforms of carrying out public procurements and the main trends of their development in China, Singapore, Brazil, Spain, Italy, the USA are provided, to France, Germany, the UAE, the Republic of South Africa, Argentina, Japan, Canada, Israel, Australia, Great Britain, Eurasian Economic Union.
