Abstract (English):
The motive is a determinant of human behavior, whatever it expressed, and whatever it is evaluated by the society. The motive is the impulse that determine behavioral acts, the current fatal and inevitable factor in any electoral behavior. As a fatal component of the human psyche, the reason is not only the causative agent of behavioral responses, but also determines the degree of responsibility of the subject for the realization of their fatal "ambition". Controversy in psychology and law regarding such an important component, which determines human behavior, is based on various interpretations of the phenomenon, makes current research on the topic of motive. This book summarizes some of the results of debates about such an important legal, moral, and social themes, as the motive. This monograph is intended for researchers and practitioners, teachers, graduate and law students.
