The monograph explores the key problem of declining profitability and loss of strategic control by independent restaurants under the dominance of digital aggregator platforms. As a solution, an adaptive hybrid model developed by the author is proposed, which allows real-time management of the integration of its own delivery and third-party services. The model is based on the analysis of five key coefficients — from commission load to reputational risk — and uses multi-criteria analysis algorithms to make economically sound decisions about the routing of each order. The paper describes in detail the methodology, the technical architecture for its implementation, and the financial and operational model for evaluating its effectiveness, which turns the concept into a ready-made tool for increasing operational flexibility and regaining control over the business economy. It is addressed both to owners and managers in the restaurant industry who are looking for practical tools for growth, and to the academic community studying modern business models in the hospitality industry.
