Abstract (English):
The monograph examines the need to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Russian Federation, as well as the problems of developing a promising innovation policy that ensures the economic growth of industrial enterprises. The paper provides a scientific justification of the need for sustainable development of enterprises, methodological approaches to the formation of effective tools for achieving it, methodological materials for the development and achievement of goals, forecasting and management in new socio-economic conditions. The innovative way of development of industrial enterprises proposed in the monograph is justified by the analysis of the current state of industries and the emerging negative trends in the decline of Russia's industrial potential, which can be overcome only with the use of new scientifically based methods of planning, forecasting and management systems. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of goal-setting both in the field of achieving economic development and in the field of managing transformation processes.
