The book offered to the reader's attention is a tribute to the memory and respect of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vyacheslav Semenovich Stepin — an outstanding scientist and a wonderful person. The purpose of this publication is to show the value of the creative heritage Vyacheslav Semyonovich for jurisprudence, the methodological significance, as well as the instrumental possibilities of his works in solving fundamental and applied problems of legal science. The book presents the results of the author's research, during which the philosophical and legal views of V. S. Stepin were used. The importance of his conceptual schemes, which open up new prospects for the development of more advanced methods for predicting the future state of law and the state, is emphasized.
