Abstract:
The book presents a holistic view of the system of agreements pertaining to the provision of residential accommodation for the use of citizens. In the monograph consistently analyzed the issue of the necessity of forming the General provisions of the tenancy agreement; the existing in Russia varieties of the contract of employment; analyzed related with hiring civil-legal agreements in housing – sublease contract, contract of gratuitous use of housing, agreement on the earliest family members and temporary residents. Regulatory framework given in the book as of 1 January 2017. The monograph is addressed to researchers, teachers, postgraduates, undergraduates and law students, judges, lawyers, practicing lawyers and all those interested in issues of civil and housing law.
