Requirements for the paper

Content Requirements

The journal publishes articles that match the aims and scope of the journal and its headings. An article must be original, previously unpublished, and must not violate intellectual property rights of third parties.

Length of paper: 20-40 thousand characters (including spaces).

Design requirements

The text should be typed in Microsoft Word, and savedin DOC, DOCX, or RTF formats. File name should include author's name and article's title.

Paper Structure:

  • name of the author, title;
  • abstract (100-250 words);
  • keywords (5-7 words or phrases, separated by semicolon);
  • full text of the article (the main text font : Times New Roman; font-size body text is 12 PT; margins: top and bottom - 2 sm, right and left - 3 sm; line spacing - single; indent the first line of the paragraph - 1,25 sm; text-align justify; references in formulas are given in parentheses; for formulas in the formula editor; pictures by means of Word; raster images are provided as separate JPG files of minimum 300 dpi resolution);
  • references;
  • information about the author: position, scientific degree, academic rank; the address information of the author(s) (organization(s), address(s); e-mail of all or one author).

To highlight text use bold and italic. It is recommended to use italic for examplesand bold for new terms and concepts.

It is not recommended to use UPPERCASE, sp a c i n g and an underscore; footnotes.

An author's photo should be included together with the text of the manuscript.

All Illustrative materials should be in TIFF or JPG filesof minimum 300 dpi resolution (if available).

Mission

Mission

The scientific and practical journal "Administration" invites researchers and practicians to professional discussion of all variety of problems and solutions of modern management, the directions and prospects of its improvement and development. Establishment of the present edition has to become the actual answer to the calls of time defining effective and responsible management, a key condition of development of modern society.

The concept of the journal is based on classical representation of science and practice of the management, constantly modernized and updated by fundamental and applied researches, innovative experiments. For this purpose the editorial board of the journal consists of representatives of leading domestic and foreign schools of sciences and the professional community. They are actively moderate speeches of authors both on fundamental and theoretical, and on the most perspective and topical practical problems of improvement of management.

The theory and practice of management, its formation and development in modern Russia as actively being improved market community using of world experience and developing own strategy becomes the key direction of publications on pages of the journal "Administration". We position management as the main component of administration, considering in interaction with it the state, social, automated and many other specializations, profiles and manifestations of the actual directions of development of forms and the content of purposeful influence of subject on object. At the same time the journal is open for a statement of all professional positions and the points of view on a place and a role of management in the theory and practice of modern administration.

The concept of the journal "Administration" is focused on creation of a universal discussion platform at which all variety of views, judgments and positions of authors has to be represented, be discussed and be developed actively. At the same time the actual directions of discussion will be formed and designated by the key headings of publications focusing discussion on the most demanded tasks and decisions. Opening the present magazine, the editorial board invites all interested readers and authors to participate in professional discussions on such hot topics, as:

  • theory and practice of statement and achievement of the purpose;
  • transformation of subjects and objects of management;
  • informatization and automation of management;
  • administration and management today and tomorrow;
  • resources and factors of purposeful influence;
  • problems of branch and functional management;
  • motivation and stimulation in management;
  • modernization of structures and management procedures;
  • management of innovations and innovative management;
  • improvement and management development.

"Administration" adheres independent policy of selection of the manuscripts and is a platform for free scientific communication. The editorial policy is based on respect of the editorial independence and ethics. All articles submitted to the journal are reviewed. The journal uses open peer review type.

The journal is included in the Ulrichsweb Global Serials Directory.
