Abstract:
The article deals with the issues of personnel evaluation and the influence of organizational factors on the specifics of the formation and application of personnel evaluation in companies operating in the Russian market. The author conducted a quantitative analysis of data collected during a joint study of the HSE Department of human resource management and Talent Q in 2018. The analysis identified factors that affect the presence or absence of staff evaluation in the organization. Factors affecting the specifics of personnel evaluation were also found.
