Considers the problem of development of complex security systems life-support information management systems that are immune to heavy-duty pulses with a duration in fractions of nanoseconds. At the same time, the most effective solution of the problem is formulated, which consists in the development and use of new structural materials with the necessary properties, together with giving the existing, well-proven materials the desired protective properties.
