MODEL REPRESENTATION OF THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF SHUNGITE WITH REGARD TO ITS ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PROPERTIES

Abstract:
Structural and electrical properties of natural composite material — shungite, consisting of conductive carbon layers and non-conductive inclusions of quartz. By electron microscopic analysis of the obtained elemental distribution maps of conductivity at the sample surface of shungite. Built two models of the conducting structure of shungite: "cubes percolation" and "sand liquid". The conditions of the formation of static and dynamic conductivity. The conditions of applicability of both models and established the scope of their interconnection.
