Abstract:
This paper explores the model of the IT service release management process. Effective release management is a key aspect of the successful functioning of any company's IT infrastructure. The proposed model describes the stages of preparation, testing, and implementation of releases, which helps minimize risks and improve the quality of services provided. The model is based on best practices and international IT service management standards, such as ITIL and COBIT.
