The article defines the hierarchy of goals of the updated transport strategy. For the purpose of ensuring a sustainable basis for the development of the transport complex, a number of development directions have been identified. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the development of digital solutions in all areas of transport activity will lead to an increase in the efficiency of the transport complex. A system of indicators for achieving the goals of technological and digital sovereignty of the transport complex is proposed. The selection of strategic planning documents - sources for determining the target indicators of the updated transport strategy has been carried out. It is concluded that the proposed system of indicators as a whole will be able to characterize the technological and digital independence of the transport complex.
