In the context of high external volatility, ensuring strategic resilience has become a key component of corporate governance for Russian metallurgical companies. This article examines the concept of strategic resilience, its relationship with corporate governance systems, and the classification of resilience models. An applied analysis of the performance of Russia’s largest metallurgical companies is conducted using indicators of financial stability, operational effectiveness, and corporate responsibility. The findings indicate that the most resilient models are those that combine strategic proactivity with adaptive operational flexibility. Based on the conducted analysis, the paper offers recommendations for improving management approaches to enhance the resilience of metallurgical enterprises.
