Abstract (English):
The article explores the phenomenon of loneliness in the digital age, analyzes its transforming forms and psychological consequences. The article examines the dual nature of loneliness as a resource for self–reflection and personal growth, as well as a source of existential discomfort. Special attention is paid to the paradox of "network loneliness", when hyper-connectivity in the digital space is accompanied by an increased sense of isolation in real life. The author explores the influence of social networks and virtual identity on communication practices, and also offers a comprehensive typology of loneliness, including philosophical and neuroscientific classifications.
