PARTNERSHIP MODELS FOR COMMERCIALIZATION OF CORPORATE INNOVATIVE IT PRODUCTS

Abstract:
This study examines various enterprise partnership models, as well as an ecosystem approach to the creation and commercialization of innovative IT products. The rapid development of technologies and their increasing importance for various sectors of the economy leads to the key importance of integration interactions of various participants, or actors, of innovation activity: from developers to government agencies and the academic environment. The main focus is on the formation of the most effective partnership ecosystems that contribute to the creation of high-quality products, added value and successful commercialization of innovative developments. The article includes an analysis of current trends in the field of new technologies, examples of successful practices, as well as recommendations for the implementation of an ecosystem approach in the Russian market. The material may be of interest to scientists who study the processes of commercialization of innovative IT products in the corporate segment.
