Abstract (English):
Article is devoted the legal policy of the state in the conditions of the outlined course of the state on conservative values and the Summary: Article is devoted legal archetypes and the traditions influencing priorities, values and directions of a legal policy in sphere of economy, business and an economy. Authors consider that for Russia on former the question on the state building taking into account state traditional values not liberal type is actual.
