We construct the transient problem of heat and mass transfer in Stepanov spaces with the under-exponential growing weights, research the Riemann–Liouville fractional integral in this spaces and formulate the theorem about problems of solvability of the transient problem.

Аннотация: Изучается нестационарная задача тепломассопереноса в обобщенных пространствах Степанова, исследуется дробных интеграл Римана-Лиувилля в данных пространствах и формулируется теорема о равномерной корректной разрешимости нестационарной задачи.
Summary: We construct the transient problem of heat and mass transfer in Stepanov spaces with the under-exponential growing weights, research the Riemann–Liouville fractional integral in this spaces and formulate the theorem about problems of solvability of the transient problem.
