The article presents the results of the work on the formation and substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the agricultural land market in the context of determining price-forming factors. The unique features of the functioning of the land market in the agricultural sector are determined, as well as unified groups of price-forming factors are identified, followed by clarification of their specific positions in these groups. The format of the dependence of the price-forming parameters in terms of assessing the multicollinearity of the initial parameters is studied, and the final pricing factors are determined, which are assumed to be basic in the context of analyzing the work of the markets of the studied subjects. The principles of the fundamentals of methodological analysis of the agricultural land market in the context of determining price-forming factors are defined, and the final methodology of actions is formed
