Abstract (English):
On October 5, 2023, a round table was held at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the topic “On the subject of the science of administrative law,” during which leading administrative scientists took part in a discussion on the issues of defining the subject of the science of administrative law, its boundaries and elements. Issues relevant to the science of administrative law were considered: the formation of new branches of regulation within the framework of administrative law, reflecting the effect of expanding the scope of public law beyond traditional boundaries; highlighting the functional and subject areas in the subject of administrative law science; consideration of the subject of the science of administrative law from the perspective of social relations changing under the influence of various external factors; building a relationship between the subject of the science of administrative law and the subject of the branch of administrative law and others.
