ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF NATIONAL TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT EXISTING CLIMATIC RESTRICTIONS ON ITS CREATION AND USE

Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented research is due to the fact that ongoing climate changes, which tend to intensify, have a significant impact on the national transport infrastructure. The purpose of the presented research is to analyze the state of the national transport infrastructure, taking into account existing climatic restrictions on its creation and use in the interests of taking into account the impact of climate change on the efficiency of fulfilling the set of tasks of the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2030 with a forecast for the period until 2035 and the National Action Plan of the second stage adaptation to climate change for the period up to 2025. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that as a result of an analysis of the state of the national transport infrastructure, taking into account existing climatic restrictions on its creation and use, a matrix was proposed for studying the joint influence on transport infrastructure objects of both climatic impacts of different physical nature and climatic impacts of different durations and intensity. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use in solving climate adaptation problems in the interests of increasing the efficiency of fulfilling the set of tasks of the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2030 with a forecast for the period until 2035 and the National Action Plan for the second stage of adaptation to climate change for the period until 2025.
