Process analytics (Process Mining) is the visualization of a company’s internal business processes for their in-depth analysis and further optimization; in other words, this technology makes it possible to obtain new knowledge based on data extracted from logs. The article discusses the basic principles and methods of Process Mining technology. The main capabilities of this technology are determined, as well as its advantages, disadvantages and areas of application.
