n the context of the transition of Russian organizations to the active use of green technologies, special requirements are imposed on the managers and employees of these organizations for their professional qualifications, mastering new green competencies. The proposed article examines the processes of transformation of the human resource management system during the transition of enterprises to a green economy. The authors substantiate the expediency of integrating innovative green technologies into the practice of human resource management of an organization, contributing to increase their competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets. The results obtained are of practical value for the heads of domestic organizations making managerial decisions during the formation and transition to a green economy.
