Threatening to kill or cause serious harm to health is one of the most dangerous crimes against the person. The article is devoted to the problems and analysis of the process of investigating the threat of murder or serious harm to health. The authors in the article pay attention to the nomination of the main investigative versions. They draw conclusions to improve the effectiveness of the investigation process, and suggest ways to improve this crime.
