The tendencies of the industrial park creation based on the Russian chemical enterprises are explored in the article, the potential resident basic requirements to the new manufacturing location are determined. The multiyear experience of the industrial park making in the JSC “Plastic” territory is summarized: from the engineering infrastructure modernization to the participation in the federal project “Proffessionalitet”.
