In the framework of Standard Model for the arbitrary values of Higgs and fermions fields hypercharges, taking into account parity invariance of electromagnetic interaction, expressions for the fermions charges, testifying the electric charge quantization are obtained. The most general expressions for the gauge bosons masses, eigenstates of neutral fields and the interactions of leptons and quarks with gauge bosons have been derived in the arbitrary values of hypercharges of fields.

The nature of electric charge quantization remains unclear till now. There are two elegant proposals to understand this problem: magnetic monopole suggested by Dirac and a hypothesis of grand unification. In the context of Standard Model (SM) and its extensions electric charge quantization has been considered by a number of authors [1 – 4]. It has been shown that in SM, left-right-symmetric and flipped SU(5)xU(1) models with right-handed neutrino, quantization of electric charge follows from the requirement of anomaly cancellation and nonvanishing fermion masses only if neutrino is assumed to be Majorana particle.
