Аннотация: рассмотрены основные принципы обеспечения долговечности конструктивных и неконструктивных элементов машины. Установлена зависимость между снижением ресурса машины и изменением параметрических показателей элементов систем. Дано теоретическое обоснование оценки энергетического равновесия элементной базы автомобиля путем параметрического диагностирования. Предложено, ввести понятие устойчивости системы и используя вариационный принцип, применить диагностируемый экстремум функционирования.

Долговечность машин формируется из долговечности ее конструктивных и неконструктивных элементов. Конструктивными элементами являются все детали, входящие в конструкцию машины, а их связь или нормальное функционирование обеспечивают неконструктивные элементы. Главными неконструктивными элементами машин являются виды соединений деталей машин и смазка узлов трения.
