This article is devoted to the study and detailed analysis of the additional and repeated inspection of the scene. These types of inspection are widely used in practice, but the differences between them and the conditions for their use have been studied superficially. There is no solid scientific basis, as well as a uniform law enforcement practice for the use of additional and repeated inspection of the scene. This article proposes criteria for their distinction, as well as a list of grounds for their application, as well as measures for their effective application in law enforcement practice.
