The article examines the features of the subjective side of incitement to suicide, showing that the subjective side of the crime under Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, can be expressed by both direct and indirect intent. It is shown that incitement to suicide can only be committed with indirect intent, if the act has signs of a crime under Art. 110 of the Criminal of the Russian Federation, committed with direct intent, then its qualification is possible only under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - murder.
